Winter wonderland pokemon go – How to complete Pokemon Go Winter Wonderland Challenge

By | December 27, 2021

As part of the Pokemon Go Holidays event, the new Winter Wonderland Collection Challenge has been launched, and trainers will need to trade ice creatures to complete it.

Pokemon Go’s Holidays 2021 event has brought us new costumes, the return of the Holiday Cup and the debut of Bergmite, but Niantic will keep the gifts and complete it through another collection challenge.

The Winter Wonderland Challenge will be held from Saturday, December 25, 2021 to Friday, December 31, 8:00 pm local time, so you have less than a week to complete it and receive additional special rewards.

Fortunately, we have all the information you need to do this below!

How to complete the Pokemon Go to Winter Wonderland collection challenge
These are the Pokemon needed to complete the holiday collection challenge:

Pokemon How to get it
Swinub Wild Encounters, 7km Eggs & Field Research
Snorunt Wild Encounters
Spheal Wild Encounters, Raids & Field Research
Snover Wild Encounters
Vanillite Wild Encounters
Cubchoo Wild Encounters, Raids, 7km Eggs & Field Research

The way this collection challenge works is a bit different from the previous ones, because you actually need to trade these Pokémon to complete tasks and earn medals-just catching them is not enough.

The best way is to find a friend who also wants to complete this collection challenge and agree to capture all the needed Pokemon. You can then make equal transactions so that you can complete them together.

From December 24th at 10 am PST to December 27th at 10 am PST, you will be able to trade with other trainers up to 40 kilometers away. This is the best time to complete the collection challenge.

Pokemon Go Winter Wonderland Collection Challenge Reward

Once you have traded all the Pokemon you need as part of the 2021 holiday collection challenge, you will be rewarded with an encounter with Galarian Mr Mime, which is still one of the rarest “mons” in Pokemon Go.

Previously, the only way trainers could catch Galarian Mr Mime was that they bought tickets for the “Tap…Tap…Tappity-Tap…” special research story, which went on sale in December 2020.

This is the first time a trainer can add the ice/psychic Galarian Mr Mime to their collection without paying special privileges, so it’s definitely worth the time to complete the challenge.

Once you’ve done this, check out the other event features for the 2021 holiday to see which legends you can fight against under the current Raid Boss schedule.
