William Stahler Death – Obituary : 49-year-old William Stahler, of Montpelier has died from injuries received following a two-vehicle accident that happened On Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at about 6:17 p.m. at at Ohio 34 and Henry County Road 24.

According to report, Stahler was heading eastbound on Ohio 34 on his motorcycle when southbound Dodge Journey SUV driven by 30-year-old Robert Hawk, of Archbold crashed into his motorcycle.

Investigation revealed that the SUV did not run a red light before entering the intersection as he did not see the oncoming motorcycle. The motorcycle crashed into the the passenger door of the SUV.

Stahler was thrown out of the vehicle. He suffered major injuries and Mercy Health air ambulance arrived the scene airlift him to regional medical facility. Sadly, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the crash. While Hawk did not suffer any injury.

Units from Archbold and Ridgeville Township Fire and Emergency services responded to the crash.
