Two males will appear in court charged with offences following the death of Josephine Smith in #Romford Kai Cooper – 18 of Cleve Road, Leatherhead and a 15-year-old male from Southend will appear in custody at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 8 January.

Josephine Smith was pronounced dead at the scene on October 28 last year after emergency services were moved to an address on Queens Park Road, Romford.
