Two People Severely Injured In A Car Crash In Somers


A four-vehicles crash has left two persons seriously injured in Somers.

The accident happened on Tuesday, at 4:15 p.m. on Route 100 in Twin Knolls in Somers.

According to Somers Fire/EMS, four vehicle crashed, leaving the passengers injured and two vehicles badly damaged.

Two patients who were severely injured were found in one car that required to be freed.

The Rescue 20 Somers arrived at the scene and rescued the trapped passengers.

The Department said that, the passengers involved in the accident were moved to a local trauma center, and the road was cleared almost in an hour.
