Tragedy, Camille Martlin And Max Martlin Killed After Tree Fell Onto Car In Bellevue, Wash.

59-year-old Camille Martlin and her son, 22-year-old Max Martlin have been identified by the King County Medical Examiner’s Office as the mother and child killed after a tree that was knocked down by windstorm fell onto the car they were travelling in on Sunday, October 24, 2021 in Bellevue, Washington.

According to Camille’s husband, Camille and Max were driving home on Preston-Fall City Road Southeast after going to Preston to pick up pumpkins when a large tree, measuring 8 feet (2.4 meters) fell onto their white sedan, killing both of them on the spot. They both died of blunt force trauma injuries.
