Todd Baker Death – Obituary: The driver that lost his life in a multi-vehicle crash that happened in Winstminster has been identified by the police.
The incident happened on Saturday night on Maryland Route 140, west of Hughes Shop Road in Carroll County, around 10:30 p.m.
According to initial report, the 53-year-old Westminster man was traveling with a Chevrolet Camaro in excess of 100 mph, in the westbound lane when he hit a Toyota Carola, head-on.
It was also stated that the parts from the vehicles that crashed disabled another vehicle; a Mitsubishi Eclipse.
Westminster Fire Department personnel pronounced three victims dead from the crash.
One of the deceased victims has been identified by the police as Todd Baker. His passenger is yet to be identified.
The driver of the Blue 2018 Toyota Corolla was identified as 20- year-old Anna Marie Lienhard of Westminster, MD.
Speed is said by the Authorities to be the factor of the crash
The driver and passenger of the 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse, involved in the crash were identified as 54 -year-old John Bougourd, and Robin Bougourd, 54, both from Pasadena.
John and Robin were not taken to the hospital for treatment, they did not sustain serious injuries.
The incident is still under Maryland State Police.
