Tina McQuaig missing – Disappeared features the case of a missing Jacksonville woman to help apprehend her killer.

Tina Marie McQuaig, 27-year-old at the time of her disappearance was reportedly seen last on the 15th of March 2000 and has not been seen or heard from since then.

What happened to Tina McQuaig?

The question of what happened to McQuaig cannot be fully answered at this time as her case remains unsolved.

However, what we know is that she was seen last leaving her workplace which was the Shands Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, and was supposed to be headed home but never made it home.

An extensive search was carried out for her after her worried family reported her missing. Her case became popular after it was featured on America’s Most Wanted and Investigation Discovery’s show Disappeared.

On December 26th, 2002 which was almost 2 years after she was reported missing, a body was found in the woods near Cecil Field by crew members who were carrying out a search. The body was identified as McQuaig who had been missing.

Tina McQuaig death:

McQuaig’s death was ruled as a homicide after the medical examiner carried out an examination on the cause of death.

Investigations were carried out to find her killer but it has not been successful and her family is still hoping justice would someday be served for her.

A Facebook post by Cory Regan reads “Bless you Tina Mcquaig and all of your loving family!! March 15, 2000, is the day you went missing to be found three years later in the worst possible way that anyone could be found 😔 it’s almost 21 years and justice still has not been brought nor forgotten! You are such a strong woman, wife, and mother!! We will never give up, keep our family all together as you would want, and help us bring this situation to its core for so many loved ones are fighting hard for your justice! I love you, Tina.”

The police have continued appealing to the public as someone always knows something. They urge anyone who knows about her death to speak up to give justice to her family.

Anyone who has information that can help the case as it is dangerous to still have the killer in the streets has been asked to call the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office at (904) 630-0500 or Crime Stoppers at (866) 845-8477.

The police also said there is a cash reward for anyone who gives information that leads to finding her murderer.
