Three teenagers among 28 killed in Eastern Cape Town bus crash
No fewer that 28 people where killed after a luxury bus conveying 52 passengers flipped over on the the N2 between East London and Butterworth in Eastern Cape Town.
The terrifying crash that that claimed the lives of 28 people; Three children, 20 women and five men with the driver inclusive occurred on Monday, August 16, 2021 at Kei Cuttings, a few kilometres from the Kei Bridge.
According to report, the driver of the luxury bus allegedly lost control and crashed through a guard rails before flipping over.
Six people that suffered serious injuries were rushed to Frere Hospital. The co-driver and seventeen others were not hut in the crash.
