Thomas A. Luteran, 84, of Connellsville, passed away at home comforted by his loving family on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2022. He was born June 30, 1937, in Keisterville, a son of the late Michael and Katherine (Strauch) Luteran. Thomas was a member of Immaculate Conception RC Church. Thomas was a retired steelworker from RB & W Steel Works, Coraopolis. He served his country in the U.S. Army Reserves. Thomas was a member of the Fairview Club. Thomas is survived by a daughter, Lori Cunningham of Leetsdale; two grandchildren, Monica Ligons and Amanda Luteran; five great-grandchildren, Charles, Bridget, and Robert Ligons, Evelyn Martin, and Maveric Jordan. In addition to his parents, Thomas was predeceased by his wife, Patricia (Locke) Luteran (2019), and a son Brian Luteran (2019), and a brother Melvin Luteran. Friends will be received in the VITO C. MARTUCCI FUNERAL HOME, 123 S. First St., West Side, Connellsville (724-628-9033) on Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon, the time of Blessing Service with Fr. Julius Capongpongan officiating.
