Three teens sustained life-threatening injury in three-vehicle crash near Haig Mill Lake Road
Two teenagers have been pronounced dead in a fatal accident near Haig Mill Lake Road, on Friday night around 9 p.m.
The incident involved a Ford Fusion and a Dodge Ram.
According to Georgia State Patrol, Ford Fusion was moving when it left its lane and crashed head-on with the Dodge.
The impact of the incident caused the Dodge to rotate clockwise and struck a Ford Taurus driven by Kathryn Beasley, 19.
Kierra Clay, 19, and Bethany Rose Pizarro, 18, were said to be passengers in the Taurus.
Beasley and her passengers Clay and Pizarro got severe injury form the crash. Beasley was flown to Erlanger for treatment.
The drivers of the other two vehicles sustained minor injuries.
The incident is still under investigation by the Georgia State Patrol.
