Susan Cashmore Missing – What happened to Warburton woman?
Susan Cashmore last seen on Donna Buang Road, on Saturday, November 28, at about 1:40 am., wearing a dark coloured cardigan, blue pants that could have been jeans, and bright pink gumboots.
Missing Warburton woman’s description:
She is about 50kg and 165cm, so she is very slight and small,
Sen-Sgt Muys said Ms Cashmore often shopped in nearby Yarra Junction.
Parks Victoria and Department of Environment, CFA and SES volunteers from within and outside the region, Land, Water and Planning crews are also on the ground.
What caused her disappearance?
According to Sen-Sgt Muys said police were able to talk to a nearby camper who was not able to give them further information on the disappearance. And also police were concerned for Ms Cashmore’s declining mental health and increasing reclusiveness following COVID lockdown.
Sen-Sgt Muys added that, “If she’s in a state of paranoia or reclusive she might not want to be found,”
After an extensive 10 days search, for the missing Warburton woman , a body was found, in bushland near the location she got got missing. Authorities are still investigating the area and body to know who it actually is
The body was found on Tuesday, at about 12.40pm, December 8, said Police media advisor Natalie Webster. And that the exact circumstances regarding the woman’s death were yet to be determined.
