Steve Hilton Eason death – obituary, cause of death : Steve Hilton Eason 55, of Macon, Georgia. Has died, he passed away at a local hospital on Tuesday, May, 21, 2013.
Steve was born on 18th of September 1957 in Macon, Georgia to the late Rev. Jiggs Eason and Harriett Hilton Eason. He lived in Mason all his life, attending and graduating from Central High School. he loved fishing and travelling, a proud member of Riverside United Methodist Church.
He had a caring heart, generous attitude and a fun-loving personality that laid the foundation for years of lifelong friendships. It didn’t matter what you needed, he would be there to help you celebrate, mourn, fix things, build something or to just listen and offer a shoulder to cry on or smile to laugh with.
Hilton was a dedicated and loving husband, a father that demonstrated that greatness could be achieved through hard work and passion and a man that exemplified that a humble spirit and joyous heart could improve the lives of all around him.
He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Ernie Lee of Macon, his best friend and confident for almost 30 years, Tammy Ratliff, his niece, Shannon and Clay Cleveland; his great nieces, Destani and Danielle Cleveland; his great nephew, Marcus Cleveland; his two half-sisters, Deborah and Rodney Johnson and Donna and Chris Whalen, of Florida.

The circumstances surrounding the actual cause of death had not been made public as at the time of writing this report.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 24, 2013 at 1:00pm at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street with Rev. Paul Dziadul officiating. The family will greet friends Thursday, May 23, 2013 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery following the service.
