According to the Clarksville Police, two teenagers are in custody after a shooting shut down Cayce Drive for several hours on Monday night.

At about 10:20 p.m. the Clarksville Police Department responded to a shots fired alert in the Cayce Drive area.

Witnesses narrated seeing two cars with occupants who were shooting at each other. The driver and passenger of one vehicle fled after crashing their car into the garage door of an unoccupied home on Cayce Drive. The pair left the scene but later came back.

The second vehicle involved in the shooting sped away and hasn’t been found since.

Clarksville Police spent several hours collecting evidence at the scene.

Cayce Drive is now open to traffic, police said.

Police say that there are no known injuries from this shooting.
