Abbillyne Mitchell Death – Obituary : La Crosse School District has  identified Abbillyne Mitchell as the Central High junior student that was killed over the weekend when their car submerged into a ditch in Shelby.

According to La Crosse County Sheriff’s Office, they responded to a single-vehicle crash on County Road MM. after the vehicle plunged into a ditch on Saturday, September, 4, 2021 around 7 p.m.

A released by the Central principal, Jeff Axness reads:

“It is with a heavy heart that I share the sad news that Central HS Junior, Abbillyne Mitchell passed away from injuries sustained in a car accident on Saturday. Abbillyne’s brother, Wyatt Mitchell, is a Sophomore at Central”.

Sophomores, Adeline Marcou-Smart and Parker Robinson were also in the vehicle. Both Adeline and Parker who are Central students suffered minor injuries.
