Timothy Satterlee Death: Cause of Death,

Officers are still in search of a man whose arm was ripped off by an alligator in Ida’s floodwaters.

Satterlee’s wife said she saw an alligator attacking her husband in the New Orleans suburb of Slidell because their house was surrounded by floodwater. She got on a boat to get help but when she arrived back at the house with deputies her husband was gone.

An official with a cadaver dog is reportedly in search of Timothy Satterlee, a 71-year-old man who has not been found yet, as said by Capt. Lance Vitter a St. Tammany Parish sheriff.

Vitter said, “They searched until it got dark yesterday, and unfortunately we still haven’t located Mr. Satterlee, There is a high probability that he is deceased, but we can’t make that call until we recover the body.”

Authorities are still searching for Timothy Satterlee’s body.
