Sandra (Carroll) Lyons Death – Obituary, Sandra (Carroll) Lyons, 71, of Batesville dead

She was adventurous-skydiving in her younger years, taking a trip a few months before she left us to see sights that were on her bucket list; she was creative-photography, jewelry making, crafts, singing/music. She was a woman of faith. She believed that God had a plan for her life and that when her health issues were at the most difficult, she trusted the most deeply that the outcome of her struggles was completely in God’s hands. She didn’t “preach” to others; she lived a life that reflected the love and humility of a child of God and expressed to others that she was “ready” when it was time to go. Her life was a light and beacon to those around her of the grace of God, and her faith never wavered. Sandra was a lover of her family.
Whether it was children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, in-laws, her mother and siblings, or those who became enveloped in her familial love, she found her greatest pleasure and fulfillment in sharing time and love with family. She always made her family feel special and loved and took the time to know what was important to them. When she bought gifts for family, the gifts always seemed to be perfect, because she knew them and what they cared about.  Her love for family was rooted in her relationship with her parents, and especially her mother, Lois Carroll, whom she called every night before bed. Many have known Sandra over her lifetime, as family, friend, co-worker, or even just an acquaintance-all who have known her have been touched by her life and love, and this world has been brightened and made a better place by her having been in it. Her spirit and love will continue to live in our hearts and memories.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Jack Carroll, one brother Barry “Randy” Carroll, and nephew, Aaron Carroll.
She is survived by her Mother, Lois Carroll of Harrisburg, three sons: Jerry, Lee, and Robby Frazier, one daughter, Ginny Williams, one brother, Danny Carroll of Kansas City, Mo, several grandchildren including Kenny, Kristy, and Kortney Williams (A.J. and Gadge) one niece, Tina Carroll Price and nephews Cameron and Jared Carroll, along with a host of friends.
