Sacramento: Driver killed in two-vehicle accident on Hwy 50

 Sacramento two-vehicle accident: On Saturday morning, around 7:50 a.m., a fatal accident in Sacramento on Highway 50 near the Howe Avenue onramp.

The fatal incident is said to have claimed the life of a single person.

According to the preliminary report, a Jeep was driving on the westbound Highway 50 in No. 3 lane when it crashed with a Ford.

It was also revealed that the impact of the crash caused the vehicles to burst into flames.

The Jeep driver who is yet to be identified was pronounced dead at the scene by the officials.

The Ford sustained no injuries from the crash.

The cause of the incident is still under California Highway Patrol investigation.
