Ronald Reiner Death – Obituary: Ronald Reiner identified as one of the three victims of the mindless officer-involved shooting at Lambert Drive, Illinois.
Cause of Death:
Family and the residents of Mclean county, Illinois were on Monday 30th of August 2021 thrown into despair when the McLean County Coroner released the identities of three of the victims who died during an officer-involved shooting in Normal Monday.
According to reports from Coroner Kathy Yoder 3 deaths were recorded as a result of the officer-involved shooting near the 2000 block of Lambert Drive at about 3:44 p.m. 66-year-old Ronald J., 64-year-old Sharon Reiner and 59-year-old Julie Davis were pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting.
Three other people sustained varying degree of injuries and were taken to local hospitals to receive treatment. When the police arrived, they found the victims with gunshot wounds and the suspect fully armed with a weapon. The suspect was killed in an ensuing shootout. The coroner’s office and the Illinois state Police have stated that investigations are still ongoing and they have urged anyone with useful information to reach out to the Illinois Police department.
