Legend Williamson Death – Obituary: Raegan Cassels Williamson has been identified as the victim that died in an accident with his horse at a rodeo in DeRidder on Monday, October 4, 2021.

Friends have taken to their social media handle to express their grief over the death of Williamson.

Cynthia Tucker Kline said, “Please keep my childhood friend, Donna Ann Rieves and her family (Raegan Cassels Williamson) in your prayers during the tremendous loss of young Legend Williamson. God reaches down and draws children unto Him at times and in manners that we truly do not comprehend. The loss is overwhelming …and grief unbearable

May God’s grace fall down upon this family… may they find comfort and strength from one another and the knowledge that many hold them in prayer. Ye though we do not understand His plans for us, through faith we shall face the darkness and never forget that we do not walk alone. Our love and prayers are with each of you.”

Rain Garner wrote, “Hey Family! One of my dear friends just lost their little boy… please keep them in your prayers as they start the long process of grief. His name was Legend Williamson and the spirt of the Lord definitely lived in this little boy.”

According to Molly Hartnett Bennett, “Please pray for the Williamson family of Lufkin, TX. They lost their son Legend today to an accident with his horse at a rodeo in Deridder. I know they can use every head bowed and every eye closed as we all pray for peace that transcends all understanding. Keep this family close to your heart. Also please pray for the ones that witnessed this tragedy.”

“I should be going to sleep but my heart aches for this family. The kiddo that shared the hospital with Ty, only a day apart!!! Ty would always pick with Legend that he was ONE day older Legend was one of a kind. He never met a stranger and could talk your ear off.

I always enjoyed listening to him. His accent, how he would talk 90mph and I would have to tell him to SLOW IT DOWN BUDDY he is his momma child for sure he loved God, his family, friends, and neighbours. I would enjoy watching his Premier Hay videos.. that child could sell ice to an Eskimo.

As you lay your heads down tonight say your prayers and hug your loved ones… we never know what tomorrow may bring. Raegan Cassels Williamson , Kelly Williamson and sweet Mavy I love y’all and will continue to pray for y’all for the days and months to come” Said Brittany Bujnoch Daniel.

May the soul of Legend Williamson rest in peace, Amen!
