Robert Charles Fisher, Sr. of Hudson, New Hampshire passed peacefully at home on Sunday, December 26, 2021. A loving husband, father, and grandfather, Bob, age 79, flew on Eagle’s wings from Our loving embrace to be with the Lord.
Bob was born February 7, 1942 in Youngstown, Ohio to Mary (Getz) and Joseph Fisher. He graduated from North High School, Class of 1961. Following graduation, he joined the U.S. Navy serving as a medical corpsman aboard the USS Samuel B. Roberts during the Bay of Pigs Invasion with Cuba. In 1964, Bob married his forever soulmate, Diane T. Bienvenue. After creating three beautiful children, Bob and Diane successfully owned/operated multiple McDonald’s franchises for 30+ years. Established entrepreneurs, they then created/operated the Rosemont Banquet and Conference Center of Sharon, Pennsylvania for seventeen years. Bob delighted his guests with his culinary talents. Bob is a Third-degree Knights of Columbus. His greatest joys were spending time with family, cooking and eating great food.
Predeceasing Bob are his parents, his brother Joseph Fisher of California, and his sister MaryAnn Goodyear of Ohio
He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Diane (Bienvenue) Fisher, his eldest brother, William Fisher of Hermitage, PA; his three, most cherished, children: Robert Fisher, Jr of Hudson, NH; Darlene (Fisher) Oliva and her husband, Robert, of Manchester, NH; Chaz Fisher of Boston, MA; and his cherished granddaughter Amanda (Fisher) Cervo and her husband James of Virginia Beach, VA; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
