Pomona high school shooting – Boy, 12, injured by broken glass

Authorities are investigating a shooting that happened Friday outside Pomona High School.

Police said a 12-year-old was struck and injured by shattered glass of the black sedan car and not struck gunfire.

He was transported to an area hospital in stable condition, police said.

Police are seeking an unknown suspect, who they said fled the scene before police arrival.

Officers responded to the shooting at 3:17 p.m., according to the Pomona Police Department.
