Brian Remy Death: Cause of Death,

Warren’s assistant fire chief was among the victims that were shot and killed in the American Club on Thursday afternoon.

Warren Officials identifies Brian Remy, 66, who was a member of the Warren police department for more than 40-year, as a victim of multiple shootings in Warren on Thursday, September 2, 2021.

According to Bristol Police Major, Brian Burke narrated that two officers were in an unmarked police car heading toward the scene when they saw a man who matched Ouellette’s description. When they stopped the car, they said he started to fire shots.

Police said the shooter,  Michael Ouellette, 37, was the president of the club.

When the police arrived at the scene, they had already found Jason Furtado the first victim injured in the stomach area.

Burke explained; “According to the officer on the scene, it was clear the subject had the intent of harming the officer.”

According to the report, Officer Remy returned fire until Ouellette ran to the nearby alley next to his home. When police approached, Brian was on the ground and later pronounced dead.

Investigation continues pertaining to this case.
