Nancy Thompson Death – Obituary: A 64-year-old woman identified as Nancy Thompson by the Metro Nashville Police has been confirmed dead in a fatal vehicle accident that happened in Nashville.
The incident took place on Wednesday, 25 August.
According to initial report, a 65-year-old Zelda Calhoun was driving a 2003 Dodge Caravan on Robinson road, with Thompson as a passenger, when the Dodge was crashed by a 2016 Toyota Sequoia driven by John Hopkins, 80.
Authorities reported that Thompson sustained life-threatening injury and was transported to Skyline Medical Center where she succumbed to her injuries.
Calhoun was moved to Vanderbilt Medical Center. She was said to be in a stable condition now.
Authorities also revealed that the third passenger in the minivan identified as Camille Culley, 80, got minor injuries from the crash, while Hopkins was unhurt.
The incident is still under investigation by the officials.
