Michael Vaughan Missing – The police and family are increasingly worried about Michael Vaughan, who has been reported missing and they need public assistance in locating.
Michael Vaughan was last seen on July 27, 2021 near Southwest 9th Street and South Arizona Avenue in Fruitland and its been four weeks, no one has been able to find him. When Michael Vaughan was reported missing, the law enforcement from local, state and federal agencies started searching the rural community for the missing five-year-old boy.
The family said its been a devastating period for them while thanking everyone that has been making serious efforts in locating him. In their words “Our Family is broken right now. Monkey’s sisters are missing their partner in crime, and his brother won’t play Minecraft until Michael comes home. Monkey, your Mommy and Daddy miss you more than anything in this world. We need you home to be whole.”
“To our residents of Fruitland and Payette County, we thank you for your support throughout this past month. You continue to answer your door or phone when investigators call with more questions to clarify details and there will definitely be more questions that need to be answered,” police wrote.
The Fruitland Police Department said “Our hearts are with Michael’s family. None of us have walked in their shoes. We only know this is a most difficult time, yet they continue to be cooperative and understanding.” However, more than 330 tips were received by the authorities, including one from more than 2,100 miles far off, that was cleared.
Michael is described to be 4-year-old, approximately 3 Ft 7 inches tall, has blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue Minecraft t-shirt and dark blue briefs
Officers said searches are ongoing using the air, land and water.
