Manuel A. Fernandez death – obituary, cause of death : Manuel A. Fernandez 83, of Hialeah, Florida. Is dead. He passed away on Wednesday, May 12th 2021.
Manuel was born February 11th 1938 in Tampa, Florida. he got married Margarita Nigaglioni on November 25th 1972. he had a funny and unique personality and was never afraid to show it and his friends loved that about him. He was described by his friends as someone who was always ready for a laugh.
He received his Master’s in Hospital Business Administration from the University of Miami in 1982. serving as the Administrator of Palm Springs General Hospital from 1974-2004. He was an avid stamp collector and a member of the South Miami Stamp Collector Club.
The 83 years old was a perfect example of what it means to be a wonderful person. He had a calming presence and was extremely kind, he touched the hearts of so many, and was an inspiration to everyone who knew him.
Fernandez was a much-loved character who touched the lives of so many with his big heart, wisdom and greatness, His pleasures were simple, His needs were few. If his family was happy, He was too. He gave us love in the fullest measure, Care, devotion and memories to treasure. He shared our dreams, hopes and tears.
He had a caring heart, generous attitude and a fun-loving personality that laid the foundation for years of lifelong friendships. It didn’t matter what you needed, he would be there to help you celebrate, mourn, fix things, build something or to just listen and offer a shoulder to cry on or smile to laugh with.
He is survived by his spouse, Margarita Fernandez; son Daniel Fernandez; daughter Margaret J. Fernandez; and son Manuel Arturo Fernandez, Jr.

A visitation for Manuel will be held Sunday, May 16, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Little Havana, 3344 SW 8TH ST, MIAMI, FL 33135.
A mass for Manuel will occur Monday, May 17, 2021 from 1:00 PM at St Raymond’s Catholic Church, 3475 SW 17th Street, Miami, FL 33145. His committal service will follow Monday, May 17, 2021 at 2:30 PM at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery, 11411 NW 25th Street, Miami, FL 33172.
