Ohio man dies, Lieutenant Ashley White seriously on U.S. 19 two-vehicle accident
Palm Harbor Accident – Lieutenant Ashley White, 38, has been identified as the victim that got injured in a vehicle accident that happened on U.S. 19 in Palm Harbor around 3:19 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
According to report, White was travelling on U.S. 19 when she was hit by a pickup that was moving at a high rat of speed.
Police said the driver of the pickup initially stuck the right side of two fire trucks that closed off the intersection of US-19 and Innisbrook Drive then continued moving till it crashed with White’s vehicle while she was near the two sedans that were involved in the initial crash.
Authorities sated that the truck overturned and hit a fire hydrant after hitting the lieutenant.
Lt. White, the wife of Clearwater Firefighter sustained multiple injuries from the accident and was moved to Bayfront Hospital treatment.
The driver of the pick-up, a 26-year-old Ohio man sustained fatal injuries and was rush to Advent Health North Pinellas where he was pronounced dead.
The identity of the deceased man is not revealed yet pending notification of next of kin.

All northbound lanes of U.S. 19 were blocked for hours at Innisbrook Drive but has been reopened at 9:45 a.m.
The crash is still under investigation.
