Kristen (Guinard) Hoag Obituary – Death, Kristen (Guinard) Hoag Funeral

Kristen (Guinard) Hoag of Bradenton, FL passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Sunday, January 2, 2022. She was born in Beverly MA on February 3, 1970, daughter of Deb Davis and the late Larry Davis.

Kristen was a bright light and a kind soul. She carried this spirit with her not only in her personal life, but also in her professional life where she worked many years in the service industry.

Kristen’s primary source of enjoyment and pride was her family, friends and pets. She is survived by her husband, Tom Hoag and her son, Tyler Choate, who was the center of her universe. She also leaves her mother, Deb Davis, her grandmother, Shirley Morrissey, and multiple aunts, uncles and cousins who loved her and appreciated her free spirit and her role in our family, despite the physical distance that separated us. She was predeceased by her father, Larry Davis, her nana, Anne Davis and her grandfather, John Morrissey.

Kristen also is survived by many special friends who were her Florida family. She shared many memories, laughs and tears with this important group of people.

Lastly, she leaves her three dogs, Lincoln, Tucker and Lulu who were her constant companions.

Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. with Services to follow at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, January 15, 2022 at the Brown & Sons Funeral Home & Crematory, 43rd Street Chapel, 604 43rd Street West, Bradenton, FL 34209. A reception celebrating Kristen’s life will follow at the Ballroom of the Hampton Inn Downtown.
