Judy Peart Obituary – Death: Co-founder of Spirit 88.9 passes on.

Judy Peart’s Life

Spirit 88.9 announced on their official Facebook page the passing of Judy Peart on the 29th of August 2021 at age 79. Judy was a spirited believer who helped all around her with words of encouragement and prayer. She alongside her late Husband “Bob Peart” founded the ministry of KDUV / Spirit 88.9 about 30 years ago. Together, Bob and Judy burned with a passion to tell the Central Valley about the good news of Jesus, and introduce Christian music and messages over the airwaves.

According to the release, Judy had served on the ministry’s board up until few months before her death. She was known to constantly make rounds to the station to pray for and encourage everyone who worked. She will be terribly missed by family and friends. She also served in local churches and organisations that helped to reach out  to lost souls.

The ministry stated that:  “…If Welcome Home” party Jesus is throwing includes a guest list of everyone who’s life was forever changed by her work on this earth, we can only imagine how great it must be.
We would love to hear from you how your life was touched, or changed through Spirit or any of Judy’s efforts. We can think of no greater way to thank her and honor her this week.”

Since the announcement, loved ones and those whose lives the ministry has touched have written tributes to remeber her
