Joshua Feast Death : Texas police officer who shot and killed 22-year-old Joshua Feast won’t be indicted.

Feast was shot and killed by La Marque police Officer Jose Santos on December 9 after he was profiled a suspect of several shootings that occurred in the city.

Santos reportedly shot Feast after he ran away when being confronted.

Ben Crump, a civil right attorney alleged Feast was unlawfully shot and killed; believing he was defenseless and had posed no threat to officer Santos who had fired a shot at him and killing him instantly.

The result of autopsy which was granted for by Feast’s family revealed he died from a single gunshot wound to the back.

Galveston County District Attorney Jack Roady said he believed the shooting was justified.

“I’m confident the investigation was exhaustive, unbiased and fundamentally fair,” Roady said during a news conference Tuesday. “I’m equally confident that the result of this investigation and the grand jury’s decision is just.”
