Calvin Clack Death – Obituary : 34-year-old Calvin Clack and three others including a child have died following a wrong way head-on collision that took place on Queensland motorway on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at about 11.15 p.m.

According to report, Clack was driving a dark blue 2016 Ford Focus hatch heading east in the westbound lanes of the Ipswich motorway at Redbank when it crashed head-on with a Ford Territory causing both vehicles to burst into flames.

The occupants of the SUV a 37-year-old female driver, 39-year-old male passenger and a two-year-old girl when unable to exist their vehicle until the fire was extinguished. Meanwhile, Clack, the driver of the sedan was thrown out of the.  All the occupants of both vehicles died at the scene of the crash.

According to Acting Inspector, Darren Green both vehicles were still on fire when emergency services arrived the scene of the incident.

The crash remains under investigation.
