Tributes

Family, friends and loved ones have taken to their social media platforms to pour out their heartfelt condolences:

Andrew Ingredients (Tribute to Ian Bamford).

“We are truly saddened to announce the death of our friend and ex-colleague Ian Bamford after a long battle with cancer.
Ian joined the Andrew Ingredients family in 2001 after working for WH Waugh and also his father’s company Charles Bamford & Co. before that. It was a great loss to the team when he retired in 2018.
Ian was liked and respected by everyone. He was very witty, intelligent, reliable, had a great attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Every day without fail he could be found in the canteen doing the crossword!
Sending our deepest sympathies to his daughter Lara, son Andrew, his grandchildren, extended family and friends at this difficult time.
Here are some of our favourite photos of Ian from over the years he spent with us at Andrew Ingredients.
Farewell Ian, we will miss you…”
