Christine’s Career Experience…
Christine completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan in 2003, where she earned a degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering with a minor in Biology. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.00 GPA. After completing her undergraduate studies, Christine felt her true calling was to help others, so she decided to pursue a career in medicine. She completed graduate studies at the University of Michigan Nursing School in 2007 to become a nurse, again graduating Summa Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.95.
As a Registered Nurse, Christine worked passionately and selflessly, first helping the sick and injured at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan then at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City, before finding a home at NYU Langone, also in New York City, where she spent over a decade as an emergency room nurse. She loved traveling, both across the country and abroad, as well as spending quality time with her large, extended family. Although she had many passions in her life, nothing filled her with more joy than being a doting mother to her 11 year old daughter, Zoe.
