Passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness at St. Mary’s Memorial Hospital, St. Mary’s, Ontario, on Wednesday, January 5, 2022. Glen Riddell of Milverton at the age of 77.

Beloved husband of Cathy (Bach) Riddell, whom he married on June 29, 1985. Cherished and devoted father of Dana & David Grundy, Cory & Chris Riddell, and Jay & Gema Riddell. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Magdalena, Cohen, Bren, Audrey, Amelia, and Oliver. Glen will be deeply missed by his siblings Murray Riddell, John & Dianne Riddell, Mervin & Thelma Riddell, sisters-in-law Claudette Riddell, Joyce Riddell, brothers-in-law Gid Jantzi and Jim & Rose Bach. Glen will be forever remembered by his mother-in-law Grace Bach, his fur babies Angel and Honey, and by his many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Predeceased by his father and mother Lorne and Mamie (Edwards) Riddell, brother, Dale Riddell, sister Mary Jantzi and father-in-law Clarence Bach.

Glen is a long-time member of the Milverton Community and was a member of Burns Presbyterian Church. He was a mechanic for many years at Kipfer’s Garage, Milverton, and enjoyed spending his time at various car shows and with family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 7 Spencer Street, Milverton, on Saturday, January 8, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. A private family funeral service will take place with Rev. Marc Fraser officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Milverton.

Those wishing to attend must wear proper face coverings and maintain social distancing.

For those who wish a livestream of the funeral will be available to watch on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Burns Presbyterian Church or St. Mary’s Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
