Frank was born on July 14, 1932 in Russell County, Kentucky. He had a funny and unique personality and was never afraid to show it and his friends loved that about him. He was described by his friends as someone who was always ready for a laugh.
Edward was a much-loved character who touched the lives of so many with his big heart, wisdom and greatness, His pleasures were simple, His needs were few. If his family was happy, He was too. He gave us love in the fullest measure, Care, devotion and memories to treasure. He shared our dreams, hopes and tears.
He was a dedicated and loving husband, a father that demonstrated that greatness could be achieved through hard work and passion and a man that exemplified that a humble spirit and joyous heart could improve the lives of all around him.
Toler was tenacious, curious and always mastered what he did very quickly. he was deeply passionate and his sense of humor was a gift to all those who knew him. He loved taking care of animals. He will always be remembered as a gentle, caring, warm, big blue-eyed, special young man who had an immeasurable bond with his brother.
The 88 years old served a short time in the United States Air Force overseas and after his return he got married to Irene and they raised their family in Louisville, KY. He loved repairing watches and clocks as a hobby.
He is survived by his sons Joseph, Bill, and James. He also has a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A brother Stanley Toler and a sister Deloris Pemberton also are left to remember him.
