Tunch Ilkin didn’t know me from a hole in the ground when I arrived in 2011. Yet he made me feel instantly like I’d been in the city and around the Steelers my whole career. I soon graduated from “hey man” to “Hey Will.” Not b/c of me. But b/c that’s just how he was. RIP.
