Violent Monday in Oakland when officials reported a double homicide, a triple shooting and a shooting death by an FBI agent, reports says.
Officials say two people are dead following a fatal shooting and many injured in Oakland’s Millsmont Neighborhood.
Responding officers say the two victims were pronounced dead on the scene at the 3400 block of 68th Avenue near Burbank Preschool at about 3:15 p.m.
Authorities ay about 15 minutes later, there received another report of a fatal shooting in the Fruitvale section. An FBI agent shot and killed someone while working with a US Marshal task force tried to arrest a suspect wanted on warrant, according to the police.
Officials also said that about three people were wounded in a shooting near the Fruitvale BART station early Monday evening.
Responding Officers arrived the scene at 3300 block of E. 12th Street at about 5:14 p.m. on receiving a shooting report. One person was located in a severe condition and other two with a non-life threatening injuries.
Authorities are yet to disclose if anybody is in custody
