1 killed in Interstate 15 single-vehicle crash
One person has reportedly died following a high speed crash that took place on Sunday morning on Interstate 15 just before Escondido, California.
According to report, the solo-vehicle accident happened on Sunday, September 12, at about 5 a.m. close to Camino Del Rey overpass.
The crash happened when a car travelling at about 120 mph on interstate 15, north of Escondido left the roadway and struck an embankment.
The driver of the vehicle who was believed to have been ejected from the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
No further details concerning the crash have been made available
Investigation into the cause of the accident is still ongoing.
