New Westminister missing man Eric Cardeno found dead.
Eric Cardeno, 38 year-old who was missing from Queensborough area of New Westminster has now been found dead. He was said to have been seen last on Saturday, 14th of August, 2021.
Reports gathered states that he was in the Landing Area of New Westminster. He was said to have been wearing a black tank-top and same color basket ball shorts.

The police had released a statement on Monday saying “We are very concerned for Mr. Cardeno and we ask that all business and property owners in the Queensborough, Richmond, and Annacis Island area check their property for him, We are asking for the public’s help to locate him so that we can ensure his well-being. Friends and family are concerned for his safety.”
The 38 year-old was described as a Filipino male who is approximately 5’10” feet tall, has medium build and noticeable tattoos in his left chest.
The search for Eric stopped today after he was found dead. Circumstances surrounding his death has not been given.
The Authorities offer their condolences to the family of the 38 year-old and say investigation on his death is still open and Justice will be served if foul play is suspected.
Eric has been described as a kind and warm hearted man. “Our hearts break for niki & eric cardeno’s whole family + we as a community mourn the loss of this wonderful, talented friend, whose kindness will never be forgotten,” said one of his community member.

Wife of Eric Cardeno said in an Instagram post following his death “You will always be my person. To my husband, my bestfriend, the love of my life – there will never be another like you for me and Kaya. I love you. We love you. ❤️😘 I made vows to love you forever. I will spend the rest of this life loving you until I see you again.”
