Dies at 95-Cause of Death-Obituary

We are saddened to announce the death of Dorothy Steel who passed away at the age of 95, she was born in Detroit in 1926. Prior to her death she appeared shortly in the Marvel blockbuster “Black Panther” which was shot in the Atlanta subway. She died at her home in Detroit on Friday morning, before her death she lived in Atlanta for many years.

Steel played the leader of the Wakanda tribe in the movie, “If someone tells me I will be an actor, I will say you must be crazy” according to Steel. “She was filming “Black Panther 2” when she died” according to her publicist.
