Des Moines police confirm deadly crash

The Des Moines Police Department said it is investigating a crash Tuesday that resulted in two fatalities.The crash, which involved two motorcycles and a vehicle, occurred after 8:30 p.m. in the area of East 14th Street and Washington Avenue.Des Moines police at the scene confirmed to KCCI that two people died in the crash.A witness at the scene of the crash reported seeing a car traveling fast before colliding head-on with the motorcycle.Des Moines police Sgt.
