David Tweed Death – Obituary: David Tweed, the former councillor and the Ireland rugby oldest debutant dead in Co Antrim motorbike accident on October 28.

At 4.30 p.m. Tweed was riding his bike along Whitepark road close to Dunseverick when for unknown reason, his bike crashed.

He was a popular ulster former player, member of orange order, he was also a politician with Rev Ian Paisley Democratic Unionist party.

He was restrained from matching through Dunloy during the mid-1990s.
