Carl Madsen Death – Obituary: A 71-year-old Carl Madsen has lost his life in a fatal accident on Sunday when he was driving to Weldon Spring, Missouri.

According to report, the crash happened on Interstate 65.

The initial report revealed that Madsen was travelling home when for unknown reason his vehicle crashed. It was revealed that he had an apparent medical issue prior to the accident.

Authorities stated that they received a car and reported to the scene where the incident occurred.

The police revealed that they broke open the window of the vehicle, pulled the victim out and they performed chest compression till the arrival of the fire department.

Madsen was later rushed to the St. Thomas Midtown Hospital where he later gave up the ghost.

Who is Carl Madsen?

He was an NFL on-field umpire worker in 1997 and a replay official from 2009.

He also worked the Kansas City-Tennessee game and he served in the U.S. Air Force from 1973-76.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation by the officials.
