Canon Tatum, 6 weeks-old missing from Gerard, OH has been found safe, Amber Alert cancelled.
Canon Tatum, 6 weeks-old baby who was reported missing on Tuesday, 17th 2021 from Gerard, OH has now been found safe and Amber Alert cancelled. He was seen last at about 10pm that day wearing a tan onesie with a teddy bear print.
According to reports, TaShanee Dumas a friend of the family of the 6 weeks-old had taken him and just disappeared. Dumas was said to have been driving a Black 2006 Chevrolet Impala with license plate OH M388569 and was seen last in the area of West 85th and Madison in Cleveland, OH with the child.
The Authorities issued an Amber Alert for Canon immediately he was reported missing to help find him.
Canon was described as a White male who is approximately 2’1″ feet tall and weighs about 14 pounds. He is said to have black hair and gray eyes.
Dumas was described as a Black female who is approximately 5’2″ feet tall and weighs about 210 pounds. She was said to have brown hair and brown eyes.
Authorities has now confirmed the child found safe and well in Youngstown, Ohio. They express their gratitude to all who helped in the search.
No arrests has been made in the case and the circumstances that surrounded the disappearance of the child wasn’t given. The police says investigation is currently on-going in the case.
The family of Canon are happy at the news and expressed joy.
