Help needed to find Brittney Nicole Wray, missing from Indianapolis.

Brittney Nicole Wray, 19 year-old who was described by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department,  as a “high-functioning autistic woman with the mental capacity of a 12- to 13-year-old,” has been declared missing.

Nichole was reportedly seen last on Tuesday, 10th of August in the area of 500 S. Edgehill Road, near W. Washington Street and N. Lynhurst Drive. She was said to have been wearing a black tank top, black spandex with flower designs and multi-colored tie-dye Nike tennis shoes, by the police.

The 19 year-old is believed to be in risk because of her child-like brain. The IMPD are asking help in finding her.

Nichole has been described as a White female who is 5’4″ feet tall and weighs about 150 lbs. She has hazel eyes and short brown hair which is believed might have been colored differently.

The IMPD also said “She’s not allowed to be alone and isn’t attracted to lights, sounds or water.” This makes her very vulnerable and at risk.

The police believes she might have been lost since as she was said to have newly moved in with her grand-mother in the Indianapolis area and is not yet familiar with the area. The residence of the area has also been asked to check around if she’s seeking closure nearby.

Anyone who has information or has seen or heard from the 19 year-old since the reported date has been asked to contact the IMPD Missing Persons Unit at 317-327-6160 or 911.
