Adrienne Rush Death – Man arrested, charged for fatally shooting wife in Acworth home
Adrienne Rush Death – Obituary : According to reports, a man of Acworth has been charged with murder after police said he shot and killed his wife early Sunday morning.
According to Acworth police spokesman Capt. Mark Cheatham, 34-year-old Quinterias Beck also faces several other charges, including aggravated assault, in connection with the death of Adrienne Rush.
The incident took place at a home in the 4900 block of Parke Brooke Drive about 2:40 a.m., Cheatham added.
Responding officers located 32-year-old Rush suffering from a gunshot wound. She was transported to WellStar Kennestone Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
It is not clear was led to the fatal incident, but Cheatham said Acworth police identified Beck as the gunman. He was taken to the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, where he remains.
In addition to murder and aggravated assault, he is charged with battery, cruelty to children and possession of a firearm during a felony.
