75-year-old Peggy Howard charged for Cleveland shooting

Police say they have arrested a 75-year-old Peggy Howard for allegedly shooting a 12-year-old boy and his mum, and alleging that they attacked and sprayed a substance on her.

Authorities say the boy was grazed by a bullet and it’s not clear if the mother sustained any injuries.

Howard is facing charges of two counts of felony assault in connection with the Saturday incident on 2100 block of Brentnell Avenue. She has been booked into the Franklin County Jail.

She is scheduled to appear in court today.
