22-year-old in battle gear shoots, kills man in L.V store

Curtis Leon Abraham Death – Obituary:  22-year-old Jesus Javier Uribe is been sought by the police after he allegedly dressed in battle gear and fired about 20 shots in a Las Vegas convenience store, fatally striking a man identified as 36-year-old Curtis Leon Abraham, who was sitting inside a parked car waiting for his girlfriend, according to reports.

Police say Uribe has failed on multiple counts, to appear before the court on felony charges including murder and attempted murder after he was arrested Thursday at a southeast Las Vegas home.

Reports say he is being held without bail pending arraignment Tuesday in Las Vegas Justice Court on charges also including robbery, burglary and illegal discharge of a weapon.13 bullet casings were found by detectives outside the store.

Officials say Uribe took items from the store and left the area on foot.
