1 school student has been actually killed in a bus stop shooting. Two other students injured were high school students.
Jordan Jones from Illinois, US, and Brandon Jones-Dishman From Louisville, Kentucky has been identified as the high school student killed in the shootout.
Police said someone drove by the students waiting there and opened fire. Several cases were observed at the scene.
Brandon Jones-Dishman was an Eastern High School student while Jordan Jones went to Sencea High School.
Tyree Smith, a Jefferson County Public Schools student was also identified as the third student that died in the shootout.
Adrienne Pom Pom Jones posted to her Facebook timeline to announced their death saying, I love each and every one of you♥️the bus stop shooting has me feeling some type of way 😢. “The Eastern High School kid that was killed was a junior … heartbreaking .. his name was Tyree Smith.. my boys are adults cubit I’m making it a point to keep loving on them and letting them know they I’m here and that I love them.. love you Jordan Jones and Brandon Jones-Dishman♥️”
Major Shannon Lauder said, “The biggest thing we’re taking away from this right, we had kids who couldn’t even wait at a bus stop without getting shot. It’s horrifying and devastating.”
