1 killed, 3 injured in 60 Freeway two-vehicle collision
A 20-year-old male has died and three others injured following a two-vehicle collision on 60 Freeway near Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, California.
Reports has it that the fatal crash occurred on eastbound 60 Freeway, just east of Grand Avenue on Saturday at about 3:04 a.m.
The crash took place when a 2019 Nissan Armada struck stalled Honda Accord from behind for reasons yet unknown
The first responders confirmed that a 21-year-old La Puente man driver of the Honda suffered major injuries while a 20-year-old male passenger of the vehicle sustained minor injuries.
Both victims were rushed to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center. Meanwhile a 20-year-old man, a passenger of the stalled Honda Accord died at the scene of the crash.
A 44-year-old man, of Moreno Valley, driver of the Nissan Armanda was also taken to a local hospital in unknown condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
